1.1. This Agreement governs the relationship between the company “Elithome” (hereinafter the “Company”) and its customers (hereinafter “the Client”).
1.2. By using our service you agree to the terms of this agreement.
2.1. The company offers its clients construction and repair services on the territory of Georgia.
2.2. Services include:
3.1. The price of services is determined individually, taking into account the scale, complexity of the project and the necessary materials.
3.2. Payment is made in stages, according to the agreed schedule, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. The first payment (bath) is determined by the contract and is at least 30% of the cost of the project.
4.1. The company is responsible for the quality of the work performed, safety and compliance with construction norms.
4.2. The company gives a guarantee for the work performed, the term of which is determined by the contract (at least 12 months).
4.3. The company is not responsible for damages caused by improper operation by the client or work performed by unauthorized third parties.
4.4. The company is responsible for executing the project on time, according to the agreed deadlines.
5.1. The company provides a guarantee of the materials used and the quality of construction.
5.2. Warranty conditions are considered individually depending on the type and complexity of the project.
5.3. The warranty covers structural elements, installed systems and materials used.
6.1. The client can cancel or make changes to the project in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the contract.
6.2. Changes to the project can be made on the basis of an additional agreement, which may affect the timing and cost.
6.3. In case of unilateral termination of the contract, the terms and conditions shall be regulated in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and the Agreement.
7.1. The company is obliged to protect the client's personal information and project details.
7.2. Without the written consent of the client, the information will not be transferred to third parties.
7.3. The company is authorized to use photo and video materials of the project for marketing purposes with the written consent of the client.
8.1. All disputes will be resolved through negotiation in accordance with the principle of good faith.
8.2. If the negotiations are unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
8.3. In case of consideration in court, jurisdiction shall be determined by the legislation of Georgia.
9.1. The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement.
9.2. Clients are notified of the changes through the website, email and other communication channels.
9.3. Substantial changes come into force 30 days after their publication.
